Andrea Gorgen is an Employee Benefits Sales Executive at Marshall & Sterling, a 160 year old leader in employee benefits, property and casualty insurance and wealth management. Andrea is responsible for generating new growth opportunities in Northern New York by combining proven cost containment strategies, technology and superior account management solutions into one cohesive package for the benefit of Marshall & Sterling’s current and prospective clients.

Andrea joined the Employee Benefits Division in 2021 after several years working as a travel agent and territory sales executive in other industries. Recognized as "top rookie", a "rising star" and also a recipient of a sales spotlight for her time in those previous roles, Andrea's experience has proven to be invaluable as she navigates her shift into providing employee benefits. Her high quality of service to her clients is evident as she works to advise and help employers manage their risk and achieve their health insurance goals through industry analysis, strategic planning, and detailed information and support as they navigate their benefits needs and requirements.

Andrea earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Oneonta where she also minored in Communications. In 2022, she was a member of the Presidents Club for Marshall & Sterling. She plays volleyball regularly and often supports Red Cross blood drive initiatives. 

Megan founded the Harris-Pero Law Firm, PLLC in 2015 to help individuals, families and business owners navigate life’s transitions wisely and comprehensively. After working in both large and small firms, Megan wanted to create a warm, individualized experience for every client in the areas of: estate planning (wills and trusts), estate settlement (probate and administration), agricultural law (conservation easements), and business law (business formation and business succession). Planning ahead provides peace of mind. We are a boutique firm with a small group of dedicated legal professionals who believe in striving to protect our clients from life’s uncertainties and help during times of need. As we continue to grow – we remain committed to giving back to our community by serving on the Agricultural Stewardship Association’s board and supporting other local charities .

Joey Lufkin, Sales Manager at ADKtechs. His focus is to build ADKtechs’ customer relations, marketing efforts, and sales force in the Glens Falls, Saratoga, Albany, and surrounding regions. He is a graduate of Hartwick College, where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration and played collegiate basketball. In his off hours, you can find him spending time with his wife, Miranda, and his son Luka. He also enjoys working out, traveling, attending sporting events, and boating in the summer months.
