Charles focuses on economic damage analysis, specializing in evaluating lost earnings for individuals as a result of personal injury, wrongful death, and employment disputes. In addition, , Charles analyzes lost profits for companies who have suffered a business interruption or a loss of profits due to the actions of another party.

Benjamin attended the University of Maine in Orono. During his undergraduate studies, Benjamin also spent a summer at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands at the School of International Law and Public Policy. After graduating from the University of Maine cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Benjamin returned home to obtain his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. While in law school, Benjamin began his legal career as a law clerk for Martin, Harding & Mazzotti working in the Connective Tissue, Mass Torts, and Litigation departments. Upon graduation, Benjamin was thrilled to receive an offer to join the litigation department full-time. Benjamin was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2022.

Zack earned his Bachelor of Business Management from SUNY Canton in 2022 while competing in two DIII sports, Lacrosse & Golf. Zack is still an avid golfer and is able to continue his passion for lacrosse by coaching at his alma mater, South Glens Falls High School. In addition to his coaching, Zack stays involved in the community through his work as an ambassador for the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce and as a board member for the Glens Falls Civic Center Foundation.

Christian is currently an Analyst with FAZ Forensics, where he focuses on forensic accounting and business valuation engagements, as well as the analysis of business interruption, economic damage, and lost earnings claims.
Christian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a focus in Finance, from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. His coursework at Penn State provided Christian with a valuable introduction and experience in forecasting, business valuation, financial reporting, and accounting information systems. Driven by creating value for clients, his team at FAZ, and himself, Christian is currently working towards his Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.

Emily O'Halloran

Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2020 from the University at Albany in Financial Market Regulation, and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Business Administration. In 2023, she graduated from Albany Law School with a concentration in Business Law. Emily is currently an Associate Attorney at the Harris-Pero Law Firm, PLLC. She focuses her practice on estate planning and business law. Particularly, she enjoys bringing clients peace of mind whether through protection and management of assets within their estate, or by helping form and run their business smoothly. Emily also serves as a committee member of the University at Albany Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Alumni Group, and as a board member for Saratoga PLAN.

Continuing his academic journey, he earned a master’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany (SUNY), specializing in economic forecasting to understand modeling techniques at a deeper level.
