Charles is a Partner with FAZ (Ferraro Amodio & Zarecki CPAs).  FAZ is a boutique firm specializing in forensic accounting, business valuation, and business advisory services.   Charles focuses on economic damage analysis, specializing in evaluating lost earnings for individuals as a result of personal injury, wrongful death, and employment disputes.  In addition, , Charles analyzes lost profits for companies who have suffered a business interruption or a loss of profits due to the actions of another party.   

Lauren graduated from Marist University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Siena College in 2022 with a Master of Science degree in Accounting. During her last semester at Siena College, she interned at TBC and upon the completion of her internship receive an offer from TBC. Upon graduation, she started working for Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs, PC and in 2023 she earned her CPA license. As a Senior Accountant at TBC, she works on variety of audit, review, compilation, and tax engagements for both commercial and government clients. Additionally, Lauren works on personal tax engagements. She is a member of the firm’s education committee, where she works on creating, updating, and searching out training programs for staff.

Zack is a Financial Services Professional with Charter Oak Financial focusing on individual & business financial planning, investment management, and insurance. Zack earned his Bachelor of Business Management from SUNY Canton in 2022 while competing in two DIII sports, Lacrosse & Golf.  Zack is still an avid golfer and is able to continue his passion for lacrosse by coaching at his alma mater, South Glens Falls High School.  In addition to his coaching, Zack stays involved in the community through his work as an ambassador for the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce and as a board member for the Glens Falls Civic Center Foundation.

Matthew graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 2018 and Albany Law School in 2021. Since then, he has represented businesses and business owners, ranging from startups to mature companies, on a variety of business-related issues. Matthew’s primary areas of focus are corporate law, commercial transactions, real property issues, and commercial litigation. Matthew represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and other related claims in both state and federal courts. He also represents and counsels clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of assets and business interests.

Samuel Tesfamariam Haile is currently an Analyst at FAZ Forensics, where he focuses on forensic account and business valuation engagements. With a keen analytical mindset and diverse experience, Samuel brings valuable insights to the firm. Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics from Skidmore College, where he developed a strong foundation in business principles. Continuing his academic journey, he earned a master’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany (SUNY), specializing in economic forecasting to understand modeling techniques at a deeper level.

Driven by a passion for continuous growth and professional excellence, Samuel recently received the Certified Business Exit Consultant (CBEC) certification designation from the International Exit Planning Association (IEPA). This dedication showcases his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry practices and providing exceptional services to clients.

Natalie is a management-side labor and employment attorney at Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC. Natalie serves employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment litigation and counseling. Her experience includes counseling employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour, leave, and anti-discrimination laws; assisting employers before various federal, state, and local administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York State Division of Human Rights, as well as federal and state courts; assisting employers on “traditional” labor matters, including labor arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board; and reviewing and developing employee handbooks and policies.

Shea Butler is a Client Relations professional at Vibrant Brands in Latham, NY, where she helps businesses grow through strategic, data-driven marketing partnerships.

She is a 2023 graduate of Binghamton University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Shea is passionate about building meaningful relationships and driving measurable results for her clients.

She actively gives back to her community as a Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Grace is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with the Mick Butler State Farm Agency in Troy, NY.

She specializes in Auto and Homeowners Insurance, helping clients find the right coverage to protect what matters most.

Grace has been in the insurance industry for over six years, earning her Property & Casualty Agent/Broker license at just 17 years old. After graduating from Tamarac High School, she joined State Farm’s prestigious Agent Aspirant Program – designed for team members preparing to one day open and lead their own State Farm agency!

Joseph is an Analyst with FAZ Forensics, where he specializes in business valuations and insurance loss accounting. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting with a Certificate in Fraud and Digital Forensics from Siena College.

Joseph is currently pursuing his Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designations.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Joseph enjoys playing hockey, golfing, and exercising. He also values spending time with friends and family.
